Return Policy

We want you to have a great experience with HELIADES, but understand that sometimes you need to change your mind. Please review our policy below.

U.S. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase date. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed with original tags attached to garments, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number, receipt or gift receipt).

To start a return you must first click here to contact us. Include your order number and state the reason for your return.

After your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label for orders placed in the continental U.S.

To help offset the cost of return processing, all returns are subject to a $7.95 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee applies whether HELIADES provides the return label or you supply your own.

If you choose to provide your own return shipping label, we recommend using a trackable and insured service. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit if you supplied your own shipping label. Please note the $7.95 return shipping fee will still apply.

Use the original or suitable packaging to ship your items and securely place the return label on the package. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 265 Cambridge Avenue #60082, Palo Alto, CA 94306

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To ensure your return is processed smoothly and your refund is not delayed, please contact us before sending any items back. Packages returned without prior authorization may be refused at delivery or returned to sender at the customer's expense. HELIADES is not responsible for items sent without a return authorization, and no refund will be issued.

Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for processing after we receive and inspect your return. Additional delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been approved and processed (be sure to check your spam folder). Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for funds to appear.

All returns will incur a 6% restocking fee to cover charges we incur.

Orders outside the U.S. are responsible for all shipping, insurance and handling charges for returned merchandise and are nonrefundable unless we have made a shipping error.

 Upon receipt and inspection of returned goods, HELIADES reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return-policy requirements.

  • All items being returned must be unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed, in the original, saleable condition, and all tags must be attached to garments.
  • Worn, altered or washed merchandise is not acceptable for return.
  • Items returned without tags attached to garment are not eligible for return.

Sale merchandise may be returned for a refund of the purchase price less the 6% restocking fee and $7.95 return shipping fee within 14 days of the order date.

Approved returns made more than 30 days past purchase date will receive a HELIADES store credit only. The amount of the store credit will be the current selling price of the item at the time the return is processed, less the $7.95 return shipping fee and 6% restocking fee.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Gift cards
  • Fabric masks
  • Final sale or clearance merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
  • Sample-sale merchandise is not eligible for return. All sales are final.
  • Custom orders.
  • Items damaged by misuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Worn, used, altered, or washed merchandise is not eligible for return.
  • Products without tags attached or in non-saleable condition are not eligible for return.

U.S. GIFT RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Merchandise received as a gift that was purchased on HELIADES.com may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price less the $7.95 return shipping fee and 6% restocking fee to the original form of payment. You may also exchange merchandise for a Heliades store credit.

To exchange an item, we kindly ask that you return the original purchase and place a new order for your desired items so that they don't sell out. Then upon receiving your return we will issue you a full refund less the $7.95 return shipping fee and 6% restocking fee.

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace that item or accept it for a full refund at our expense. Please send photos of the defective product here. Altered or AI generated photos will not be considered as proof of a defective product. All items must be in unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed condition, and all tags must be attached. HELIADES will provide a prepaid shipping label to expedite the return for orders shipped within the U.S. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact us.

HELIADES GIFT CARDS

For a limited time we are offering digital gift cards through our website.

Gift Cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Payment plans such as Afterpay or Klarna may not be used as a payment method for purchasing gift cards.

RETURNING AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH A HELIADES GIFT CARD

Our standard return policy applies to any merchandise purchased with a HELIADES Gift Card. We will re-apply the purchase amount back onto the original Gift Card less the $7.95 return shipping fee and 6% restocking fee.

If you used a credit card in addition to a HELIADES Gift Card to pay for your order, we will credit your card for the amount originally charged to your card less the $7.95 return shipping fee and 6% restocking fee (see above), and place the remaining balance onto the Gift Card used when making your original purchase. In either case, you will receive your refund within approximately two weeks of processing your return.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Orders outside the U.S. are responsible for all shipping and handling, duties and customs charges for returned merchandise and are nonrefundable. In the event of a shipping error, all international customers must insure the items being returned with your mail provider of choice.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (e.g., California Consumer Rights, Canadian consumer protection, EU rights).
