We want you to have a great experience with H E L I A D E S, but understand that sometimes you need to change your mind. No problem, we make returns super easy.

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase date. We supply return labels for orders in the continental US and no additional postage is required. However, a $5.95 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. Additional delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).

Orders outside the U.S. are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise and are nonrefundable unless we have made a shipping error. Upon receipt of returned goods, H E L I A D E S reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return-policy requirements.

Sale merchandise is not eligible for free returns and may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the order date at customer's expense.

Returns made more than 30 days past purchase date will receive a HELIADES store credit only. The amount of the store credit will be the current selling price of the items returned.

Final-sale merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

Sample-sale merchandise is not acceptable for return. All sales are final.

Worn, altered or washed merchandise is not acceptable for return.

Items returned without tags attached to garment are not eligible for return.

All items being returned must be unworn, in the original, saleable condition, and all tags must be attached to garments.

GIFT RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Merchandise received as a gift that was purchased on getheliades.com may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price less $5.95 return postage to the original form of payment. You may also exchange merchandise for a H E L I A D E S store credit.

At this time we currently don't offer exchanges. We kindly ask that you place a new order for your desired items so that they don't sell out. Then upon receiving your return we will issue you a full refund less return postage.

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace that item or accept it for a full refund at our expense. All items must be in unused, unworn condition, and all tags must be attached. H E L I A D E S will provide a prepaid shipping label to expedite the return for orders shipped within the U.S. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact service@heliades.com

H E L I A D E S GIFT CARDS
At this time we offer digital gift cards only.
Gift Cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

RETURNING AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH A HELIADES GIFT CARD
Our standard return policy applies to any merchandise purchased with a H E L I A D E S Gift Card. We will re-apply the returned amount back onto the original Gift Card.
If you used a credit card in addition to a H E L I A D E S Gift Card to pay for your order, we will credit your card for the amount originally charged and place the remaining balance onto the Gift Card used when making your original purchase. In either case, you will receive your refund within two weeks of processing your return.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
All international returns will be done at the customers expense. We ask for all international customers to insure the items being returned with your mail provider of choice.
